It simply means that your earning should be in a 10-digit number. I want to be rich cannot be included in your goals but I want to earn 10-Billion Dollars should be your Dream or goal. Publishment of your Long Term Goals in front of any people in the world, because they will come and stop you for getting success in this 10-digit amount in your bank account. People will laugh on you.
